The YMCA of Central East Ontario is reaching out to Sears employees.
They are being offered a free 60 day membership.
David Allen, President and CEO says during challenging times people have to make tough decisions and those may negatively impact their personal health.
“This is our way to offer our support to the staff at Sears here in Belleville in coping with the challenges they are currently experiencing. We want to ensure that they know that people of your community care about them and their families” stated Allen.
He says the Y is a place where people can feel like they belong.
Letters were being mailed through the City of Belleville to all Associates at the retail and warehouse locations here in Belleville.
