While it may not seem like Belleville is seeing a population increase, there were more one-way truck rentals to the city than leaving says U-Haul.
According to their annual migration trends, the city ranks as the second highest city among Canadian cities for growth for all populations.
U-Haul says Belleville saw 57.9 per cent of one-way truck rentals coming into the city as opposed to leaving.
They also said there was an increase by 16 per cent of one way truck arrivals year over year.
Departures rose 13 per cent over the same span.
