Motor Vehicle Collisions
On the 7th of January 2018 at approximately 1:33 p.m. Belleville Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at a North Front Street business for a fail to remain collision. A vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked in a parking lot causing damage. The investigation is ongoing.
At 2:04 p.m. police responded to a two car collision on Sidney Street near Bridge Street. The investigation revealed no one was injured and one driver was charged with fail to yield to traffic.
At 9:01 p.m. police responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of 900 Harmony Road. A pickup truck left the roadway and struck a tree demolishing the vehicle. The driver was transported to hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
Disturbance
On the 7th of January 2018 at approximately 11:52 p.m. police responded to a disturbance call on Tracy Park Drive. The investigation revealed that a neighbour had become involved in a dispute with a neighbour and a door was damaged. Twenty-nine year-old Kristine Wendling is charged with mischief under $5000 and will appear in Belleville Provincial Court on the 18th of February.
