2017 was full of challenges according to Prince Edward County Mayor Robert Quaiff, but he says 2018 will have many of the same issues to deal with.
One of the biggest issues facing the County in 2018 is the infrastructure deficit.

He says it will hopefully be another year of progress for the County when it comes to road projects and development in the county.
There are a few things they have on the books going forward.
Quaiff says he is excited to see the County move forward with affordable housing and contributing more to the community through grants in the coming year.
