Tweed Mayor Jo-Anne Albert
It was a special year from coast to coast to coast as Canadians celebrated the country’s 150th birthday.
And, it was the community spirit leading to dozens of special events that the mayor of the Municipality of Tweed Jo-Anne Albert will remember most about 2017.
Mayor Albert gives credit to the recently created Community Development Department for promoting the community, leading to more tourism activity and a boost in business in Tweed.
