There was a Christmas baby born yesterday morning at Belleville General Hospital.
A couple from Kingston was visiting in the area yesterday when the baby girl was born.
Rowen Elizabeth Heffernan came into this world at 10:28 yesterday morning and weighed just
over 4 pounds.
Mother and baby are doing well.
