We continue our look back at 2017, and we had a chance to talk with Hastings Prince Edward MPP Todd Smith.
He is now the PC energy critic and says his main focus was holding the province accountable for rates and what he calls the hydro mess.
Smith says closer to home there were also some priorities.
He says the Garrett’s Legacy Act was also a highlight.
It would make it mandatory to have all soccer nets across Ontario anchored down.
He says health care has been something he has heard time and time again as a major problem.
