When Prince Edward County Mayor Robert Quaiff looks back on 2017 a few key things stand out.
First were the two water emergencies the county declared.
Then there was the increased development in the municipality.
To top it all off, he says it was a year of tackling some of their major priorities when it came to roads and bridges.
But overall, he says the County flourished especially when it came to development.
The high point he says was a visit from the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall to the County as well for Canada’s 150 and the County’s 225th.
