Careless driving charges have been laid, after a crash Thursday morning in north Belleville.
Around 7:30 am, Central Hastings OPP were called to Highway 37, near Cemetery Road near Plainfield, after a northbound pickup crossed the centre line.
A southbound car avoided the truck, however a second south bound car collided with the truck, with both vehicles going into the north ditch.
The pickup landed on its roof.
The driver of the car, a 22 year old from Tweed, had to be extricated and was taken to hospital.
A 26 year old Tweed man has been charged with careless driving.
