The building that once was home to the well known China Gate restaurant has been sold.
According to realtor Jamie Troke from Ekort Realty, the building has been sold to a Toronto developer who has plans to restore the building to its “former glory”.
The new owner has plans to build eight apartments on the second and third floors while leaving the main street portion available for a commercial business.
The renovations are slated to begin in 2018.
