A bid to build some residential units on Tank Farm Road in Belleville’s Thurlow Ward will not go ahead.
Belleville’s Planning Committee has denied the request by G.C.L. Developments to change the zoning to residential so it could build five single detached residential dwellngs in the vicinity of the Imperial tank farm.
Councillor Jack Miller says a staff recommendation to “defer” the matter for further study would be a problem.
