No lights and no navigation have led to charges against two men over the weekend.
Around 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Prince Edward OPP were called about a dingy on the Bay of Quinte, which was said to be driving in an unsafe manner.
Police say the occupants ran the dinghy without navigation or lighting.
They were charged under the Canadian Shipping Act with Careless Operation.
