Fire damaged part of a house in the Wellington on the Lake Adult Lifestyle Community this morning.
Firefighters responded to 16 Cretney Drive around 9:30 to see smoke and flames in the front of the house.
The couple living there and their cat escaped without injury.
The fire was put out quickly.
The cause is under investigation.
