The three year reign of Madoc’s Dillon “Big Country” Carman as the Canadian Heavyweight Boxing champion is over.
Carman’s former training partner, Mladen “The Monster” Miljas scored a second round knockout in their title fight in Niagara Falls Saturday night. It was just the 8th professional fight for the 25-year-old Miljas. He has won all of them by knockout and all within the first three rounds.
The 31-year-old Carman hasn’t fought in almost a year while appearing in reality shows “The Dragons Den” and “Big Brother Canada”. Carman is 12-3 as a pro and the loss means he won’t be able to challenge for the Commonwealth Heavyweight Boxing Championship.
