With the cold coming, it is time to start thinking about where you leave your vehicle overnight.
Belleville, Quinte West, Prince Edward County, and Napanee have winter parking restrictions now in effect.
In Napanee, you must be off the roads between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m., or risk a $50 ticket.
Prince Edward County requires the roads clear until March 31st, between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., or risk being fined and or towed.
Belleville’s restrictions have been in effect for nearly a month.
A $75 ticket and tow could await you if you are parked between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m.
In Quinte West, the hours are 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., and the fine is the same as Belleville, $75.
