A man from Trent Hills has been arrested at a Central Hastings OPP Festive RIDE check point.
Officers were conducting the RIDE program in Marmora just after midnight this morning and arrested 26-year-old Nicholas Carleton, after police say he failed a roadside breath test.
He had his license suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for a week.
Central Hastings OPP say since the Festive RIDE program begin on November 24th, officers have set up 43 check points across the area and the only other charge that was laid, was for a driver having no license.
