Members of the County Marathon committee presented a cheque for over $2,600 last week.
The funds will support the Prince Edward County Hospital.
The money was raised through donations by participants in the 14th annual County Marathon, held in October.
Since this fundraiser began in 2004, over $9,000 has been raised.
