Residents of Trent Hills will see a major emergency situation in their municipality Friday as a mock emergency exercise is carried out.
Trent Hills and Northumberland County are carrying out a “full field mock emergency management exercise.”
There will be a “mass casualty component” involving first responders and volunteer evacuees at Campbellford Memorial hospital.
Campbellford High School will be set up as the evacuation shelter.

Campbell says the focus of the exercise is to help local officials assess their emergency plans and look for improvements.
