At last night’s annual meeting of the Belleville Downtown Improvement Area, Constable Mark Hall of the Belleville Police Service told members he hopes city council will pass a “grafitti implements” bylaw which would do more than simply demand property owners clean up grafitti when it pops up.
Constable Mark Hall of the Belleville Police Service is the liaison officer for the downtown.
