Traffic was slow going on the 401 westbound in our region Thursday morning.
Quinte West Fire Chief John Whalen says a tractor trailer drove into a slow moving crane around 7:30 am.
A driver was taken to Trenton hospital.
A small amount of fuel was leaking at the scene.
One lane of the 401 westbound at Trenton was closed to traffic, for more than two hours.
