The City of Quinte West is getting 26 new manufacturing jobs.
Monday morning dignitaries were at the Trenton Cold Storage site on Tait Road, to announce a new food company moving in.
Hain Celestial Canada produces natural organic food products and personal care products.
Quinte Economic Development CEO Chris King says there are many reasons Quinte West was chosen.
Hain Celestial Manufacturing VP John Latosinszky tells Quinte News they have a strategic relationship with Trenton Cold Storage.
The province kicked in $1.4 million from the Eastern Ontario Development Fund.
Northumberland Quinte West MPP Lou Rinaldi says it is great news.
Quinte West Mayor Jim Harrison says this is great for everyone.
The company is investing $8.5 million in renovations, which is expected to be completed by June 2020.
