A man has been sentenced for uttering death threats, however charges of assault with a weapon and carrying a concealed weapon have been withdrawn.
Forty-eight- year-old Ronald Nolan was charged last May after police say a man was threatened on Belleville’s West Moira Street.
Nolan received no jail time, but is free on conditions. He was handed 12 months of probation, a five year weapons prohibition, and must provide a DNA sample.
