Tuesday night is Halloween and thousands of youngsters will be on local streets and sidewalks.
Mother nature is pointing to a cool evening with temperatures expected to hover around 3 to 5 degrees.
Staff Meteorologist Kevin Williams says it will be cool for those out and about.
Williams says it will not be perfect, but will be passable.
He says there is a chance for a shower, but it will not stay around long.
