Dukes win in Lindsay
Andrew Rinaldi’s four point night, which included a hat trick, paced the Wellington Dukes’ attack in a 6-3 win in Lindsay over the Muskies.
Geoff Lawson added his first goal as a Duke in the contest, while other markers went to Teddy McGeen and Mitchell Martan.
Creed Jones got the win in net for Wellington.
Their road trip continues Saturday with a stop in Georgetown to face the defending OJHL champion Raiders for a 7:30 p.m. puck drop.
Panthers beat G-Hawks
Four unanswered Pickering Panthers goals did the Trenton Golden Hawks in Friday night in a 4-1 loss.
Max Ewart scored Trenton’s lone goal.
Will Rawski turned aside 34 of 38 shots in goal.
The back end of a home-and-home series goes Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. from the Duncan McDonald Community Gardens.
Raiders edge Panthers
A tight Jr. C contest went the way of the Napanee Raiders Friday night.
Riley Steeves and Ryan Casselman scored for Napanee in a 2-1 home win over the Port Hope Panthers.
