One of Canada’s most popular figures is coming to the Quinte Region early next year.
Canadian Astronaut Colonel Chris Hadfield is extending his Canada 150 tour, into the Canada 151 Tour, where he’ll travel the country sharing stories, pictures, music and ideas about our nation and why he’s so proud to call it home.
Hadfield’s tour will make eight stops, including in Belleville at the Empire Theatre on February 22nd and in Kingston at the Grand Theatre on February 24th.
Hadfield has spent 21 years as an astronaut, including three spaceflights, 2,600 orbits of the earth and was the first ever Canadian commander of the International Space Station.
