A new industry will open in the City of Quinte West.
A family run business, Mumtaz Flour Mills has recently purchased one acre of land in the North Murray
Industrial Park in Trenton ward.
The business will produce flour for wholesale and retail markets, and the products will be made from corn and wheat, with gluten free options.
The family, now living in BC, plans to build a 10,000 square foot facility and create 10 new jobs.
