The organization offering care to people nearing the end of their lives in Belleville, Quinte West, and south Hastings County has named a new Executive Director.
Jennifer May-Anderson, who formerly worked at Quinte Conservation, has replaced Helen Dowdall as Hospice Quinte’s leader.
Fundraising for a major priority began at the Hospice Quinte gala last April.
It’s hoped a 6 bed residential hospice will be built. The City of Quinte West has donated land in Bayside, and committed some money to the project.
