It was another balmy late October day in our region yesterday, and we came ever so close to setting a new high temperature record, but we missed it by less than one degree celsius.
Yesterday, the mercury climbed to 20.9 degrees, as measured at CFB Trenton.
The record high for an October 23 was set back in 1975, at 21.7 degrees.
