In 2003, the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation held their very first gala dinner. At that event they raised $6,800.
In the 14th edition, they have grown that amount by 3,000 percent.
At their unveiling on Tuesday afternoon, the TMHF board and volunteers announced they raised more than $210,000 at the 2017 Mosaic Gala.
Phil Wild is the chair of the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation. He says the amazing support from the Quinte region never gets old.
Wendy Warner is the Executive Director for TMHF. She believes the funding is heavily influenced by the stability of the hospital.
