One person was taken to hospital following a domestic dispute Saturday.
At 6:00 yesterday morning, Belleville Police were called to Albion Street to investigate the incident.
They arrested a 55-year-old Belleville man and charged him with one count of assault causing bodily harm.
He was released with an October court date.
The victim was treated and released at BGH.
