The Melrose Shamrocks, the South Hastings Baseball League champions, have another award in their trophy case.
The Shamrocks, behind a masterful 6 innings of pitching by Nick Walsh, easily defeated the Kingston league’s MacLean State Farm Insurance Hoyas last night 14 to 1, winning the Joe Hawkins Cross Country Memorial trophy.
