A 67 year old Quinte West man pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual assault last month in a Belleville courtroom.
Speros Kanellos was charged in connection with an incident involving a woman in August of last year in Trenton.
Mr. Justice Stephen Hunter sentenced Kanellos to 90 days jail, to be served intermittently, and 2 years probation.
He was banned from owning weapons for 10 years, and will be included on the sex offender registry.
