Four men from the Toronto-area are facing charges. Napanee OPP stopped a speeding vehicle on the 401 early last Sunday morning.
Officers on patrol spotted the car going 176 kilometres per hour in the westbound lanes, around 4 a.m. and pulled the car over near Shannonville.
An investigation found the car had been stolen in Toronto the day before, so all four occupants were arrested.
All four face charges including possession of property obtained by crime, using unauthorized plates, street racing and breaching recognizance.
They were all turned over to Toronto Police.
