Another change could be coming to the facade improvement program in Belleville’s downtown.
At Monday’s meeting, council will look at increasing the operating budget.
It could jump by $25,000 to a total of $85,000.
The program began in 2002 and has handed out over $500,000 in improvements for buildings in The Village.
At the council meeting on August 28th, council signed off on an addition of $30,000.
There is only $10,000 in funds available in the program and current applications could deplete that further.
Belleville Council meets Monday at 4 p.m. at City Hall.
