A 30-year old east-end Belleville man has been arrested and charged as a result of a domestic assault investigation.
The Belleville Police investigation began Friday when reasonable grounds were formed for the arrest of the man.
Following the domestic incident, the man left the area and police weren’t able to find him until yesterday.
The man was charged with multiple counts of domestic assault, one count of mischief, 3 counts of uttering threats of bodily harm or death and one count of breaching a Probation Order.
He was held in custody for a Show Cause Hearing.
