The housing numbers are looking strong, according to the CEO of the Ontario Real Estate Association.
Tim Hudak visited the Quinte region this week and also chatted with the Lorne Brooker Show.
Hudak says there is a big difference between buying a home in the GTA and the Quinte region.
The average price of a detached home in Quinte is $302,000.
