Charges have been laid in a single vehicle crash investigation from April.
On Sunday, April 16th, at 3:10 a.m., Napanee and Central Hastings OPP were called to the crash on Highway 37, near the 401 westbound ramps in Belleville.
A northbound vehicle left the road, slammed into a traffic light standard and landed in the ditch.
The driver was treated for serious injuries.
As a result of the investigation, which just wrapped up, 24-year-old Justine Orr of Kingston has been charged with impaired driving and more than 80 milligrams in her blood.
She has a September 28th court date.
