There may be some traffic delays on Highway 37 near 401, due to a crash.
Belleville fire officials tell Quinte News two cars were involved in a crash at the intersection of Highway 37 and Cannifton Road North, just north of the 401, just before 4:00.
Paramedics are on scene treating the people involved but there’s no word on the extent of any injuries.
Calls to Quinte News say traffic is backed up on the Veterans Memorial Bridge as well.
Meanwhile, Quinte West firefighters are dealing with a small grass fire on Grills Road, but dispatchers tell Quinte News it’s nothing major at this time.
