A missing 25-year old man from Havelock is believed to be on his way to Belleville.
Matthew Rivera was last seen in early August of this year in Havelock-Belmont Methuen Township and may be heading to the Quinte region, according to OPP.
Rivera is described as 5 foot 7, 154 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
