The latest survey from international employment company ManpowerGroup predicts a modest hiring outlook for the fourth quarter of the year in the Quinte region.
ManpowerGroup reports the survey indicates only 7% of local employers plan on hiring during the months of October, November, and December, while 3% anticipate laying off workers.
The other 90% are expected to maintain their current workforce.
