The Highway of Heroes from Trenton to Toronto will further be honouring those who lost their lives in Afghanistan.
One-hundred-fifty-eight new signs, one for each of the soldiers will be installed along the 401, the stretch also known as the Highway of Heroes.
Northumberland Quinte West MPP Lou Rinaldi says the 172 kilometres honours those who have given their life in service of the country.
The signs begin at Glen Miller Road and go to Toronto, the final trip made by our service heroes.
