A 24-year-old Belleville man faces six charges of fraud and two charges of possession of stolen property after turning himself in to city police last night (Tuesday).
A Belleville police investigation alleges the accused deposited six stolen cheques valued at $1,700 into his bank account back on August 24.
The man appears in court October 19.
