Some serious charges have been laid against a 19 year-old man from Prince Edward County, related to a recent domestic incident.
OPP were called to a home on Main Street in Picton on Saturday night, where the man and his recent ex-girlfriend were involved in an argument.
Police say the argument never got physical, but their investigation found the two had been in an intimate relationship while the man was 18 and the girlfriend was 14 years old.
That has led to charges of sexual assault, sexual interference and invitation to sexual touching against the man.
He’ll be in court in October to answer to those charges.
