A local meat and deli spot’s first Ribfest churned up a big cheque for Belleville General Hospital.
Gilmour’s Meat Shop, with generous help from the community, earned $5,000 from the event held last Friday.
That $5,000 will go to the Dr. Douglas A. MacIntosh Cancer Clinic at BGH.
The cheque was presented today, Friday, by Gilmour’s owner Wyatt Whitehead to members of the hospital.
