Quinte West council will host another big hockey tournament this fall.
Council voted to spend no more than $20,000 while hosting the Eastern Canada Cup Junior “A” Tournament in November at the Duncan McDonald Community Gardens.
The tournament is an annual event, and features 10 all star teams from five eastern provinces. A team from the north might also compete.
Over 200 scouts, some from the NHL, are expected to attend the tournament.
