A 22-year old Belleville man was arrested and charged following a disturbance involving a replica handgun.
Just before 10 Friday morning, Belleville Police received a complaint about the man with the handgun who appeared to be arguing with his neighbours in the east end of Belleville.
Officers arrested the man shortly after arriving on the scene.
The man was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon and pointing a firearm.
He was held for a Show Cause Hearing.
