People will again enjoy watching artists at work in the outdoors in Belleville soon.
Arts En Plein Air is returning to the city on the weekend of September 7th.
Artists from throughout the region will compete for prizes in the fresh air, but as
Quinte Arts Council Executive Director Carol Feeney explains, this will be a bigger
event than in the past.
Students will also be creating artwork and although much of the event centers in the downtown, painting locations will be spread throughout Belleville.
The Belleville Downtown Improvement Area board is supporting the event with a $2,500 grant.
