Good news for all the beach bums. It’s safe to go swimming this weekend at all area beaches.
Hastings-Prince Edward Public Health says three local beaches that were posted for high bacteria levels are now safe.
Water samples taken this week at Centennial Park in Deseronto, the Kingsford Conservation Area, north of Deseronto, and Wellington Beach came back in good standing.
