Belleville police have made an arrest after it was alleged a man exposed himself to a woman on Coleman Street late Sunday morning.
There was a building in the area of the incident that had video surveillance and police were able to get images of a suspect.
The images were distributed among police officers.
Yesterday, an off-duty officer observed what was believed to be the Coleman Street suspect in a business on North Front Street.
51 year old Belleville man Todd Andrew Brown was charged with committing an indecent act and was released with a future court date.
