A trust account has been set up to help a woman who lost everything after a fire ripped through her home on Rednersville Road causing about $400,0000 in damages Monday night.
Just before 9 p.m., multiple stations from Carrying Place, Consecon, Rossmore and Roblin Lake were called to 1730 County Road 3, to find the older wood and brick structure engulfed in flames.
Thankfully all of the residents managed to escape the blaze. The woman who lived in an apartment attached to the house lost five cats and a dog in the blaze. Her colleagues have set up a trust account to help. One of her colleagues explained the woman had just moved into the home this past weekend and lost everything in the blaze.
The cause is still unknown as the Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.
